I originally had decided to have a separate knitting blog, but it occured to me that I didn't want to have to compartmentalize my life any more than I was doing already, and since I knit a lot, I often have knitting on my mind fights the urge to sing... fails 'with my mind on my knitting and my knitting on my mind' *ahem* anyway... Love me, love my incessant yarn talk...
I'm making the Kittyville hat a second time. I made it once out of Lion Brand Polarspun in this fantastic candy colored purple, and it's cute as hell, but the yarn is polyester, and it makes my head sweat and not breathe and it's just kind of gross. So I'm remaking it out of this which is Cascade Quattro yarn. It's peruvian wool and it's scrumptious.
