#1 CVS was out of Valentine's Day candy at deeply discounted prices. I heard a manager tell some one that, "We boxed it all up and sent it back. We had to get all this Easter stuff up." Apparently, on the third day, when Christ was risen he said, "God DAMN I could go for some jelly beans, but all I can get are these stupid conversation hearts."
#2 No, I will not stop to "help feed the homeless today" especially when the homeless in question is wearing what look to be brand new Nike sneakers.
#3 For the last half hour the line "Bells that ring, ting-a-ling-a-ling, ting-a-ling-a-ling and you'll sing 'vita bella'." has been on a loop in my brain. For the last half hour. Nothing but that.
